“I would like to hand down a healthy world, and solutions to the generations that succeed me. That can be done now, with action towards sustainability on all levels, and industries.”

I am proud to work for sustainable builders and to be part of building passive homes that significantly reduce the building's carbon footprint. I have also been a part of a few traditional timber frame projects that gave the client a beautiful and lasting piece of art they can call home, made from a regenerative material.

With this Scholarship, I hope to travel to countries like Germany or Japan that have a history of lasting and positive building techniques as well as innovative sustainability trends going forward.

My Global Footprint Scholarship will help direct my energy towards the parts of my work that I love, give me a fresh perspective on the sustainable building practices that I understand and help me gain an entirely new set of skills that I can build my own and Australia's standards with.
